Real estate is “property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general. San Angelo
San Angelo /sæn ˈændʒəloʊ/[3] is a city in and the county seat of Tom Green County, Texas, United States.[4] Its location is in the Concho Valley, a region of West Texas between the Permian Basin to the northwest, Chihuahuan Desert to the southwest, Osage Plains to the northeast, and Central Texas to the southeast. According to a 2014 Census estimate, San Angelo has a total population of 100,450.[5] The city is the principal city and center of the San Angelo metropolitan area, which has a population of 118,182.[6]
San Angelo is home to Angelo State University, historic Fort Concho, and Goodfellow Air Force Base.
Common nicknames of the city include Angelo, the River City, the Concho City, the Pearl of the Conchos, and the Oasis of West Texas.[7]
